So three days before I leave and I am nervous as hell. I thank everyone that has supported me along the way. The memories made with be with me forever... You will know what happened to me as to whether I died or I lived after the race....lol
My team is now made up of people from different parts of Australia, so we will have some talking to do over the 100 km!
Well, since I have started training harder the kilos are dropping and giving me more confidence in being prepared for the event. So much to think about and mentally prepare. The timing that I have been doing during training should put me well before the 48 hours.
We have added so team members from Cairns- shall be great although we can't train together.

The donations that I have received so far I am very gr8ful for how generous they are, don't feel that you have to match them- but it would be nice ;-).
I am going to hike Mt Wellington with my back pack full of heavy items and buy ankle weights to make it a hard trek. I don't think the the trail will be that intense, but I will get to enjoy the local wilderness...
Here is some info about Mt. Wellington for those that don't know about it...http://www.wellingtonpark.tas.gov.au/visitors/
Just signed up and already training. Yes it will be a grueling event, but well worth it. I am stoked to be able to do this and hope that I will have my friends as supporters along the way...
Stay tuned for my training and fundraising progress.
