Hey Crew, Well thanks very much for bearing with me over this epic, three-instalment saga of begging and pleading.
Our fundraising has gone really well thanks to you all. To all who've donated - a HUGE thank you! There's still a ways to go to reach the overall event target and there's definitely still time to donate if you're so inclined. So a bit of a run down: Saturday morning 6 of us: the WILDPLANS - iRun team) will start from Dunphy's Camp ground in the Megalong Valley, and from there push up into Katoomba for the first Checkpoint. We'll head back down into Kings Tableland before climbing back up to Wentworth Falls. We'll drop one more time into the valley (it should be dark by now) before climbing out and returning to Katoomba - 100km under our belts. We're aiming for 18-20 hrs, which should be a nice balance between energy expenditure and time spent on our feet.

Hellooooo!!! Well it's only 10 whole days to go before the big event!
We've got a team together - It's now Nik Brammall, Gabe Hodgson and I and we've joined with team iRun who came Second overall in last years event! WOW! Some strong company and a strong team all round so fingers crossed our training and prep pay off and it all goes smoothly.
Likewise, there've been some positive moves on the Fundraising front. To date I've raised $575.00 and am only $175 away from my goal of $750.00!
I'd like to repeat my big thanks to my fundraisers so far, in particular my major sponsors Julie Black and my World Challenge team from Bendigo South Secondary who've donated a whopping $400!!! I'd also love to thank Adam Courtenay, Stacey Philips, Megan Deacon (aka FA) and an anonymous donor. Thanks so much, you're all awesome!!!
Just a reminder that all monies donated go toward supporting the efforts of the Wilderness Society who, at the moment, are dedicating a lot of their attention to Coal Seam Gas. For those of you who live in the Southern Highlands, the efforts of mining companies to Frac the gas reserves and drain the Aquifer, if successful, would have a very significant effect on the local environment.

Hey Crew,
For the third time, (2009 & 2010), I've signed up to run/walk/chafe this 100km. Wild Endurance is it's name, sweeeeeet runs for good causes is the game. To spice it up, I'm planning on running The North Face 100 (similar track, another 100km) two weeks later.
Rather than drown you with emails asking for sponsorship donations for the months leading up to this years event I've decided to leave it until 1mth before the event and beg only 3 times!!!
